Pricing FAQ
How billing works
Why different prices for different scans?
$5 covers a single transaction decode. $10 covers a focused address screen or approval audit. $20 is the full wallet case file — graph, verification, and share-ready packs for drains and outbound traces.
Which mode should I use after a drain?
Use Wallet drain / hack ($20) on your affected wallet. If you only have one suspicious transaction hash, start with Single transaction ($5), then upgrade to a full case if funds left the wallet in other transfers the same day.
What exactly am I paying for?
Depth and defensibility matched to the task — from one-hash decode to a full index with entity resolution and verification workflow. AI narrates only on top of deterministic facts from public chain data.
What is included in Pro vs per-scan pricing?
Pro is for teams: bundled monthly full reports, watermark-free PDFs, priority support, and deep-trace add-ons — with monitoring and bulk screening rolling out. Per-scan pricing fits one-off victims and investigators.
Do you guarantee recovery?
No. Tracefunds is fund-flow intelligence, not a recovery service or legal advice. We package public chain data so you can act with exchanges, counsel, or law enforcement.
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final — including when results are unhelpful due to mixers, wrong network selection, or user input errors. If payment succeeds but no report is produced due to a verified platform error, contact hello@tracefunds.app; we may grant a one-time retry credit at our discretion, not a cash refund.
Ready to build your case file?
Run a full incident report on Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum, HyperEVM, or Monad. Verify recipients, copy a victim-safe brief, and share only when the checklist is complete.
